Returns
We accept returns within 5 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging with all tags and accessories included.
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at info@tyla.lk with your order details. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for shipping the item back.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Customized or personalized products.
- Items on sale or purchased with a discount.
- Gift cards.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7 days to your original payment method.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, send us an email at info@tyla.lk with photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement if applicable.
Shipping Returns
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund yet, please:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card provider as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
