Orders are usually processed within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). Delivery takes 2–3 business days for standard shipping within Sri Lanka. International shipping times vary based on location and courier.

2. Do you accept returns or offer refunds?

Yes, we accept returns within 5 days of delivery if the item is unused and in its original packaging. Refunds are processed within 7 days once the return is received and approved.

3. What should I do if my clutch arrives damaged or defective?

Please contact us within 1 day of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will offer a replacement or refund based on the situation.

4. Can I track my order after it's shipped?

Yes! You'll receive an email with tracking information after your order ships. Please allow up to 6 hours for tracking details to update.
